Description of housing and furnishing

These are shared
accommodations. There are one and two bedroom apartments. The one bedrooms ($350
per month/per person) have a maximum of 3 people per apartment and the 2 bedrooms
($400 per month/per person) have a maximum of 4 people per apartment.
There are no roommate guarantees. You can request a specific roommate prior to your
arrival (at least 1 month), but we cannot always accommodate room moves once you check
in. Every apartment is occupied by the same gender.
The apartments are furnished, which includes a single bed for each employee living in the
apartment, basic dressers and closet space, general kitchen utensils and appliances with at
least one full bathroom per apartment. You will need to provide your own linens, food,
phone and phone hook up. We can provide some basic linen for your usage while in
Employee Housing from the Housekeeping department. There are laundry facilities in town
and some machines are in the basement for your usage at a small cost per load. There is
free transportation throughout the Summit County area.

A $200 damage deposit is required for the apartments prior to moving in.

Social Security Card

Please apply for your SS card immediately upon arrival to the U.S. at the above address,
before traveling to Breckenridge. While at SS, you must obtain a letter stating that you
have applied for a social security card. You will not be able to begin working until you
have this letter. After applying for SS, please take a Greyhound bus from Denver to
Breckenridge.

Sightseeing / tourism

Employer is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Hiking, shopping, restaurants
and bars are nearby. The location is in a string of small towns located along the interstate
that cuts right through the Rocky Mountains. This area is a popular tourist destination and
resort area.
